The Václavák 22 event space covers a total area of 520 m², which is practically divided between two interconnected floors. The maximum capacity for your event in our main space is 200 people, which complies with current safety regulations.
If you need more space for your event, you can also use the conference hall of the EA Hotel Juliš, the restaurant, the summer terrace and the café. These spaces are located on the second floor, not far from the Václavák 22 space. This allows us to expand the capacity by an additional 139 people (conference hall 35, restaurant 54, terrace 40, café 10) to a total of 339 people.
The lower floor is dominated by a huge window with a view of Wenceslas Square. This can also be fully raised to create an open space. Two balconies are also available (one can serve as a separate smoking area). On the lower floor, you will also find a large bar, which is ideal for catering.
The upper floor, with an area of 200 m², is elegantly connected to the lower part through an open-plan layout, creating an airy feel and interesting views. The entire space is fully barrier-free, with disabled-access toilets and an elevator connecting both floors.
