How do I check availability and rental prices?

We'll gladly provide you with all information regarding the availability and prices of our space in the center of Prague. Please don't hesitate to contact us via our non-binding inquiry form.

How many people can the space accommodate?

For safety reasons, the maximum capacity of our space is 200 people.

How far in advance should I book?

If you're planning an event during popular months, we recommend booking as early as possible. However, if the date is available, we can also organize the event on short notice.

Can I view the space beforehand?

Of course! We'd be happy to give you a tour. A personal visit is the best way to see if our space is the right fit for your event.

Can I bring my own catering?

Yes, we are happy to give you the option to use a catering company of your choice. However, if you prefer, we can also offer our own catering services from our experienced EA Culinary team.

Is parking available at the venue?

A paid public parking lot is located near Václavák 22. Alternatively, parking may be available at nearby EA Hotels. For deliveries and loading of goods, we will gladly provide you with an entry card that allows you to drive directly in front of the entrance.

Is it possible to expand the space with additional rooms for an event with more than 200 people?

Yes, your event can also be held on a larger scale. The space can be extended to include the conference hall (up to 35 people), the restaurant (up to 54 people), the summer terrace (up to 40 people), and the café (10 people). All additional spaces are located in the same building, next to the Václavák 22 space. The total capacity can therefore be up to 339 people.

What is the booking process?

Do you offer event planning assistance and other services?

Yes, our team will gladly help you organize the entire event. We offer a complete service, from technical support and furniture arrangement to selecting the right catering.

Is it possible to arrange accommodation for event guests?

Yes, thanks to our company, EuroAgentur Hotels & Travel, a.s., we can arrange accommodation for you and your guests directly in the building at EA Hotel Juliš, or at other EA Hotels properties on Wenceslas Square or in other locations in Prague, subject to availability.

Is smoking allowed in the space?

The main areas are non-smoking, but a separate smoking balcony is available for smokers.
